A little about our founder Ron McDaniel

Ron has been in the real estate business since 1988, this is where he got the bug to start building it rather than just selling it.

In 1995 he received his first General Contractors License under the name of Five Star Homes, where he built custom and spec homes. He also started a little of the remodeling as other contractors would not touch that business because they were doing well in building from scratch. Ron retired in 2000 only to re-establish himself in the St. Johns, AZ area in 2003, under the name of Seneca Homes where he built a substantial remodeling business. In 2014-2015 he changed the name of the company to McDaniel's Homes and Renovations, a company that now him and his son Garret operate together. Ron says its still the same company that it was when it was Seneca only better. We continue to operate in the area we have come to love, The White Mountains, St. Johns, Round Valley, Show Low area, and others, servicing many return clients and adding more every year. We owe our success to our customers who have stood by us and referred us to their friends, loyal customers who have throughout the years become family. We then and now stand by the statement no job too big or too small, we remember those that gave us our start and we will always be there for them. 
Since day one we have offered a kind of one-stop-shop, meaning our customers can put it all in our hands, we will order materials, pick them up, build your project and clean up, no worries about lining up other trades, because we can do it all, no shopping or driving to Show Low for materials we also do that, we will be there from start to finish.
